These are the terms for using the TakeMake site.
These terms apply to TakeMake's public sites. When you buy or use a product, its sales policy and end-user license agreement also apply.
Using the site
This site provides product, policy, support, and security information. You may not disrupt the site, bypass access restrictions, or place excessive load on it with automated requests.
Products and purchases
Prices, license terms, updates, and refunds follow the product policy and license agreement shown at purchase. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and processes payments and receipts.
Intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, the TakeMake name, site design, documentation, and products belong to TakeMake or the relevant rights holder. Open-source components remain covered by their own licenses.
Information and availability
We try to keep the site accurate, but beta features, schedules, and compatibility may change. Maintenance, security work, or events outside our control may temporarily interrupt part of the site.
Liability and mandatory rights
Our liability for indirect loss may be limited where the law allows. These terms do not limit rights that consumer law gives you.
Contact and changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. We will not retroactively reduce rights that a customer has already purchased.
