We only handle the information we need.
You can browse TakeMake sites without an account. We do not collect or sell behavioral data for advertising.
Information we handle
You do not need to provide a name or email address to browse the site. A web-form request includes the product, language, email, category, subject, message, and any app version you choose to enter. If you email us, we handle the sender address, message, attachments, and replies. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and handles payment, tax, and receipt data. TakeMake may receive only the details needed to confirm an order.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer questions, provide product support, confirm orders and refunds, respond to security incidents, and keep the service reliable.
Analytics and processors
We use Cloudflare to deliver the sites and protect the contact form, Zoho Mail for contact notifications and replies, and Lemon Squeezy for payments. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated requests when a form is sent. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate statistics without analytics cookies. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and in its operating regions.
Retention and deletion
We keep a web-form request in D1 for 180 days, then remove it in a daily deletion job. Copies sent to Zoho Mail and messages emailed directly are deleted after support ends or any required legal retention period expires. We do not store the visitor IP address or Turnstile token in the contact record. TakeMake servers also do not store full license keys or card details.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information. If we must keep part of a record for legal reasons or to protect our rights, we will explain why.
Changes
We will update this page and its date when the information we handle or the providers we use change. We may also announce important changes on product sites or through support.
