Haulbit Pro v1 refund policy
You can get a full refund within 14 days.
Ask within 14 days of your first Haulbit Pro v1 purchase and we will refund the full amount without requiring a reason.
How to request
Email billing@takemake.net with the email address used for the order, the order number, and the product name. Do not include the full license key.
After 14 days
We may still review duplicate charges, a missing product or license, and serious compatibility or technical issues that support cannot resolve after the 14-day period.
After a refund
After the refund, the Pro license is disabled and the app returns to Free at the next license check. Your files, settings, and download history are not deleted.
When funds appear
Once Lemon Squeezy has processed the refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on the payment method and card issuer.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights given by consumer law. Applicable law and Lemon Squeezy's duties as the seller of record take precedence.
